We must have confidence that our ELECTIONS are LEGAL AND ACCURATE.  Audit Utah is about ensuring the election machines recorded the votes correctly.  That ballots were cast legally.  That voter registration rolls have not been weaponized against the American people as a tool to steal elections.  In the 2020 Elections, America witnessed many anomalies and illegal activities that went unanswered and ignored by many state and federal officials.   In Utah, we some state Representatives who support a full forensic audit.

Utah Voter Registration is the Key

Dr. Douglas Frank does analysis of the 2020 election using the 2010 census population, voter registration, and voter turnout to predict how every county a state will vote.  Dr. Frank did this analysis for Utah.  The Utah Registration Key using the data for one county (Salt Lake), I predict the voter demographics for all the rest.  "That ain't natural, buddy."

When analyzing the US Census population by age, voter registration, and ballots cast, Dr. Frank found that one county could predict all other counties in a state.  The light blue/grey line is the predicted Utah Registration Key.  Many times the key is so accurate from county to county that is hidden by red line for Ballots Recorded.  Pay attention to the bottom two lines to see if Dr. Frank was able to predict each Utah county. 

Now, take note of the Correlation Coefficient, R value for each county below.   Remember Salt Lake county was chosen as the Key so it is R = 1.  The closer R is to 1, the more accurate the prediction.

Utah Has Counties with Possible Excess Votes

Seth Keshel analyzed historical population and voter data to find problem counties where election fraud is most likely.   This is determined by finding excess votes.  
UTAH
Trump – 865k (58.13%)
Biden – 560k (37.65%)

[Keshel] explains Utah is one of hardest to gage, thanks to poor record keeping (UT registers by party, but not available across counties), the presence of a serious 3rd party challenge in 2016, and Romney’s home state skew.  Most accurate comps go back to 2008.

I think UT was a target by central planners – JB has 45k more than Trump ’16; perhaps they anticipated the same 3rd party behavior.  DT is 125k past Romney ’12, but Biden’s gains are 250k from Clinton, when previous high gain was Obama ’08 with 87k.  Nearly all third party throwaways came from GOP in 2016.

Estimates for excess votes based on population growth/trends per county:
Salt Lake – 50k, Utah – 30k, Davis – 20k, Weber – 9k, Washington – 7k

I estimate 131k excess votes.  If accurate, and counting ONLY excess JB vote growth, DT should have won this state about 63.7% to 31.6%, or by 32.1%.  JB gain in SLC was 114k, previous high was 31k (Obama ’08).
​I'm told the Utah Co. clerk is upset about my assessment that Biden is ~30k higher than any trend that considers pop. growth and Trump growth could forecast.

I have verified these totals with the county elections page.

*Previous high Dem vote gain = 12,210 (2008), aided by 8 year pendulum plus McCain candidacy.  Similar gain of 11,241 in 2016 after Romney House effect, back to 2008 number.

*Vast majority of 3rd party votes in 2016 are GOP votes, Dem total perhaps would be mid thirties, GOP about 150k.

*Trump massive 43k gain from 2016 GOP expected level (record by far).  BIDEN with 48k over 2016, much higher than can be expected, 4x over their previous record.

*Possible? Technically.  With any precedent? No.

You look at these numbers yourself.  52k new voters registered since 2016.

Ballots Need to be Examined

Several states have reported issues with illegal ballots and signature matching.  Jovan Hutton Pulitzer explains the need for ballots to be examined for kinematic artifact detection.  Utah must examine the ballots to determine if the data from the machines and the ballots cast met.  Next, Utah needs to know if they are legal ballots.

We know how elections are stolen, now how do we stop this?

Courageous legislators need to step up to do a full forensic audit to identify the changes needed to fix election laws.  We must do anything we can to educate and bring attention to election fraud.  It's just Tuesday.  Keep a 90 pulse.  This is not a quick fix.  Try, try, and TRY again.  There will be pushback.  Be courageous and continue the fight for election integrity.
